SAVE TIME AT THE DOOR BY PURCHASING TICKETS ONLINE! Tickets are securely purchased through Yapsody.com and can be paid for using PayPal or credit cards. Here are some FAQs to help you make your decision to purchase your tickets online.


How much are tickets?

Tickets are $10 in advance, $10 at the door, $8 for AAQG members with a membership card, $8 for Susan G. Komen members, Children under 12 are free.

What happens when I buy tickets online?

After purchasing your ticket through Yapsody, you will receive an email ticket with a special QR code that can only be used once. Bring a paper copy of this email, or have it available on your phone when you arrive at the show. We will scan your ticket for admission.

Can I use PayPal or does it only take credit cards?

You don't need a PayPal account to purchase tickets online. PayPal allows you to use either a PayPal account or a credit card.

Do I have to print the tickets from the email?

You do not have to print the email but you do have to be able to show the email so we can scan it for admission into the show.

Is there an app I can use like Groupon?

No. You will receive an email with the ticket information.

What if I forget my tickets when I get to the show? Will someone there be able to look them up?

We can look up the purchase in our system but this will delay your entry into the show while we search for the correct information.

What if I lose my email and/or printed tickets?

I bought tickets but I can't attend. Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be used for days other than the day indicated when purchased.

I bought tickets for Friday but decided to come on Saturday. Can I use my tickets on Saturday?

Tickets are only valid for the day selected when purchased.

I am an AAQG Member. How do I buy my discounted ticket?

On the purchase page, there is a drop down menu to change the ticket type from General Admission to AAQG. Just remember to bring your current membership card when you use your ticket or you will be asked to pay the difference.

Is there a charge for parking?

Yes. The City of Austin charges a fee to park in the parking garage adjacent to the Palmer Event Center. Event parking is $8 per vehicle

How do I request accommodation for a disability?

Please contact showchairs@aaqg.org to request accommodation. Please include the types of accommodation you need and the date(s) and time(s) you intend to attend the show.
